The vault is a 48-hour cooldown. When you want something but are not sure, you do not buy it and you do not say no forever. You park the price in the vault and let two days pass. This guide shows exactly how it works.

What the vault is

Think of the vault as a holding spot. You type a price, you see the 30-year value, and instead of buying, you tap Vault. The item sits there with a timer counting down 48 hours.

During those two days you do nothing. You go on with your life. The urge that felt huge usually shrinks all on its own.

Why two days?

Two days is long enough for the heat to cool but short enough that you will not forget. If it is something you truly need, two days will not hurt. If it is an impulse, two days will kill it.

What happens when the timer ends

After 48 hours, the item is ready for a final choice. You come back and ask yourself one question: do I still want this?

• If no. You resist. The price is added to your lifetime savings. You win.
• If yes. You can buy it, and log it as already purchased. No guilt. You waited, you thought, you chose.

The vault is not a no
