We're small, on purpose.

CostMe is intentionally small. One founder, a few collaborators, no rush to grow headcount. The team is small enough to agree on what good looks like and move fast.

When we do grow, it will be slowly, one role at a time, and only when the work clearly needs another set of hands. We would rather wait for the right person than fill a seat. So the bar is less about a résumé and more about whether you would be proud of what we ship.

We are building something calm in a category built on anxiety. That takes patience, taste, and a long memory.

Three things we hire for.

Craft

We sweat the second a screen takes to feel calm. Details are not polish at the end. They are the product. We would rather ship one thing that feels right than ten that feel fine.

Honesty

We show real math and real research, and we say what we have not built yet. No invented numbers, no growth-hacky dark patterns, no pressure. The work earns trust slowly and keeps it.

Consumer-first

We only do well when the person using CostMe does. No ads, no data sold, no profit from anyone's worst moment. Every decision answers to the person holding the phone.
