Refunds.

We want CostMe to feel like a calm decision, including the decision to pay for it. So the policy is simple and said plainly: all sales are final. You can cancel future renewals whenever you want, you can try CostMe free before you buy, and if something is genuinely broken we will fix it. For how billing works day-to-day, see the terms.

All sales are final. Try it free first, cancel renewals anytime, and reach us if anything is actually broken.

All sales are final

CostMe does not issue refunds on any tier, monthly, annual, or a one-time lifetime purchase. We keep it this way for a simple reason: it lets us hold prices stable for the people already here, instead of running a refund-driven sales cycle. This matches the Terms of Service, which is the binding version.

Cancel anytime, keep what you paid for

You can cancel a monthly or annual plan whenever you like, from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal so you are not charged again, it is not a refund of the period you are in. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for: nothing is cut off early, and there is no cancellation fee.

Founders Lifetime is all sales final

The Founders Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase, and all sales are final. No refunds and no money-back guarantee. The free Jade tier lets you try CostMe before you commit, so you can be sure it is right for you before you buy.

If you were charged by mistake

A genuine billing error is different from a refund. If you were charged twice, or billed for a renewal after you had already cancelled, that is our mistake to fix. Email support@costme.io from the address on your account and we will make it right. If something you paid for is broken or you cannot access it, tell us and we will fix that too.

iOS and Android purchases

Purchases made inside the iOS or Android apps are handled by Apple and Google under their own refund policies. Submit those requests through the store you bought from. CostMe does not have visibility into store refund decisions and cannot override them.
